The segmented leg gantry crane is similar to the U-shaped gantry crane. The gantry structure is a U-shaped gantry, but the supporting legs are different. Due to special working conditions, large-scale lifting equipment such all terrain cranes cannot enter the site, and the legs are made into several sections/segments, and each section of the leg has a jack-up support. After the trolley and the end carriage of the main beam are assembled, they are jacked up with a jack, and each section of the legs is connected together with a flange in turn. Then install the lower boggie and the crane running mechanism.
