Tools you need to prepare before installation: Wrench tool box, gear oil, tow rope, forklift, mobile truck crane.

The installation steps as below:

Fill the gearbox oil – end carriage connection – buffer installation – C rail installation – electric box installation – electric hoist installation – adjust the gap to 3~5mm – festoon installation – crane hoisting – conductor rail installation – installation finished.
